The Philippines has issued a security fraud warning to Decentra.   

According to the SEC’s June 14th warning, DECENTRA and its representatives, agents, and individuals or groups of individuals acting on its behalf were found to be offering unregistered securities to the public without the Commission’s necessary authority or license.   

Decentra’s 120 percent ROI “staking” investment opportunity, as well as a “Dubai Promo,” are cited by the SEC.  (Decentra) further claims, through its representatives, agents, and presenters, that a member can recruit as many as he wants, receive 50,000 USD for the hard work of recruiting others, and earn even without doing anything.   

Decentra is a relaunch of the defunct Xifra Lifestyle Ponzi scheme.   

Following a crackdown by Mexican authorities, founder Jonathan Sifuentes fled to Dubai earlier this year. In the United States, Sifuentes is also facing regulatory action.   

Decentra was launched last month as a Dubai-based Ponzi scheme. Dubai is the world’s MLM crime capital.   

In light of this, the public is advised to exercise caution when investing their hard-earned money in such high-yield, high-risk investment schemes, as well as to exercise caution when dealing with individuals representing the aforementioned entity, and NOT TO INVEST OR STOP INVESTING IN SAID ENTITY.
