There are hints, however. J.D. Marketing is featured in marketing materials and on its own website. J.D. Marketing is an Ohio corporation.

Jay Dagen owns the organization. Other than J.D. Marketing being behind Cash Building System Unlimited-appearing companies over the years, I was unable to find any additional information on Dagen.

If an MLM firm is not transparent about who runs or owns it, you should always think twice before joining and/or contributing money.

The Products of Cash Building System Unlimited:

Cash Building System Unlimited offers no products or services for sale. Affiliates may only advertise Cash Building System Unlimited affiliate memberships.

Cash Building System Unlimited’s Payout Structure:

Affiliates of Cash Building System Unlimited pay a fee to join a nine-tier pyramid scam. Earnings are derived through the recruiting of affiliates who perform the same actions. The Cash Building System pays up to two levels of recruitment for each recruitment level. 

Tier 1–pay $50 and receive $25 for each associate you personally recruit.  

Tier 2-pay $100, receive $70 on level 1 (affiliates personally recruited) and $20 on level 2.   

Tier 3-$500 in exchange for $350 on level 1 and $100 on level 2.   

Spend $1000 to gain $700 on the first level and $200 on the second.   

Tier 5 – pay $1500 to earn $1050 on the first level and $300 on the second.  

Pay $2,000 and earn $2,500 on the first level and $400 on the second.   

Spend $2500 to receive $1750 on Level 1 and $500 on Level 2.   

Tier 8 – pay $3,500 to earn $2,450 on the first level and $700 on the second.  

Tier 9 – pay $5,000 and receive $3,500 on the first level and $1,000 on the second. If an existing recruit upgrades their tier, the affiliate who recruited them earns $200 for each tier level that the recruit has advanced to. Unlimited affiliates must purchase a tier in order to earn commissions on that and lesser tiers. If a Cash Building System Unlimited affiliate purchases a tier in which their sponsor has not invested, those commissions are distributed upline to the first qualified affiliate.

The Cash Building System is a straightforward pyramid scheme. You enroll, pay a fee (which goes to the individual who recruited you), and earn money by recruiting others. Under the FTC Act, this business strategy is illegal in and of itself. Moreover, Cash Building System Unlimited and its promoters engage in mail fraud.

Cash Building System Unlimited uses spam postcards as a hoax. You will receive plenty when you sign up. You should send out postcards with the aim of recruiting others (addresses of leads of unknown origin are provided with membership fees).

Jay Dagen and J.D. Marketing are headquartered in Ohio, the United States. The illegal operation of pyramid schemes using the US postal system is mail fraud. Regardless of legality, mathematics guarantees that the majority of pyramid scheme participants will lose money.

In addition to elite recruiters, the primary beneficiaries of pyramid schemes are their owners. In Cash Building System Unlimited, this is accomplished through Dagen’s administrative account position (s), which are located at the company’s pinnacle.

Additionally, Dagen takes a 10% cut of any funds paid in. In order for Dagen and the leading Cash Building System Unlimited recruiters to steal money, the vast majority of new affiliates must surely lose it.
