Dot Dot Smile Review- Scam

“We can no longer continue this as a sustainable business,” Dot Dot Smile warned distributors of its MLM offer.

Dot Dot Smile has given notice that it will suspend MLM activities on June 30th, as announced last Friday.

According to the company, DotDotSmile has seen an “evolution from a focus on developing teams to, instead, the community is delving into wholesaling” in recent years.

I believe this is Dot Dot Smile stating that the majority of its money comes from affiliate purchases, unless I’m mistaken.

Even though it’s a pyramid scheme, Dot Dot Smile characterizes internal consumption as “wholesaling” instead of just saying it (and admitting it). This is significant in light of the connection between Dot Dot Smile and LuLaRoe—and the regulatory history of LuLaRoe. The Washington AG filed a complaint against LulaRoe in February 2021, and the company agreed to pay $4.7 million to resolve the matter. According to the Washington AG, LulaRoe’s income (was) totally reliant on the recruitment of other people as LulaRoe MLM participants.

This business plan shares many parallels with LuLaRoe’s lottery distribution scheme, which strongly encouraged affiliate inventory loading in different mid-2019 Dot Dot Smile evaluation (“wholesaling”) articles.

Dot Dot Smile has not indicated if it is under regulatory scrutiny. Returning to Dot Dot Smile, the company says distributors will be able to purchase products even when the MLM opportunity closes.

Customers can buy from them “on a separate platform with different standards,” if they so desire.

More information on the above prospects will be forthcoming, but know that we would be delighted to have you continue to sell DotDotSmile or refer clients to purchase it.

Dot Dot Smile appears to want distributors to continue buying their products but without the MLM regulatory burden.

This makes sense to me. For distributors, this means that they will no longer be able to earn on their downline’s product purchases, which they have not taken well. To their credit, their social media pages are not being censored by distributor criticism.

Dot Dot Smile will cease to be an MLM company on June 30th, unless there are any more changes.
