OmegaPro Review- Scam

France has added a second OmegaPro-related website to its blacklist of fraudulent sites.

On May 19th, France’s top financial regulator, the Autorite des Marches Financiers, issued a warning that Omega Pro Ltd. also operates from another French-language website, Businessempire.fr. This website advertises an automated Forex trading service as “a safe haven” and promises unrealistic gains (“+300 percent in 16 months”). Recently, the domain name businessempire.fr was placed on the FOREX do not visit blacklist.

According to the AMF, L’IEOM has informed them that OmegaPro is being illegally promoted in French Polynesia. As of 2020, France’s OmegaPro was declared illegal and is no longer available. According to SimilarWeb, France is still the second-largest source of traffic to OmegaPro’s website, despite the prohibition.

As of April 2022, France contributes to 9% of OmegaPro’s website traffic. That’s an increase of 29% since March 2022.

The domain name “businessempire.fr” was privately registered in October 2021 for the aforementioned website.

Business Empire was used to promote OmegaPro’s Ponzi scheme before it was taken down:

The Facebook button at the top of the page has also been removed for security reasons. It’s worth noting that the connected YouTube channel is still active (click to enlarge).

On November 10th, 2021, the “OMP Groups” channel hosted its debut video. An Omega Pro account customer referred to as “mira” invests $5000 in the Ponzi scheme.

“How to build your money in 2021, dependably and profitably, 100% passive and automatic! is the movie description. On September 30, I made a $5,000 investment, and I’m going to share it with you in full. Because of compound interest, every day I make a profit of $25.69. With no effort on my part, I’ve already earned $677.01 through compound interest. My contract will be over in 13 months and 9 days, and I’ll be making a 300 percent profit. I intend to increase my investment by a factor of three. 5,000 will become 15,000! In just 14 months and 9 days, your investment will have tripled, you won’t have to pay a subscription, and you’ll be able to withdraw your interest every day. This is a one-of-a-kind service. View the progress of your investments for free on a site that is triple-secure and free.”

“TRIPLE YOUR INVESTMENT IN LESS THAN 16 MONTHS THANKS TO A UNIQUE SERVICE” was the latest video on the channel that was posted on April 21, 2022.

Although the website’s Facebook page has been removed, a link to a Facebook group was left on the site.

A private Facebook group called “Business Empire Témoignages | Solutions Financières” can be accessed by clicking on the link.

At the time of posting, Admins Valerie Bastid and Muller Alexis overseen the group’s 122 members.

The Business Empire YouTube channel is linked through Valerie Bastid’s Facebook profile.

As of May 3rd, Bastid appears to be promoting OmegaPro in France in breach of the AMF’s 2020 directive:

Muller Alexis’s hometown is listed as Tubize, Belgium, on his Facebook page.

A “fraudulent internet trading platform” was determined by Belgian authorities to be OmegaPro in May 2021.

Andreas Szakacs (Sweden), Mike Sims (US) and Dilawar Singh (India) manage OmegaPro, an MLM trading bot for Ponzi (Germany).

All three of them have made the move to Dubai from their own nations.

More recently, OmegaPro regulatory action has been taken by countries including the Congo Republic, Spain, Mauritius, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Nicaragua, in addition to France.
