Youngevity Review- Scam

Youngevity and Andre Vaughn have reached a settlement deal following Vaughn’s bankruptcy filing in February 2022. Vaughn filed a Status Report with the court on April 19th, in which he provided an update on his bankruptcy proceedings.

According to the Bankruptcy Code, Chapter 7, Vaughn filed a petition for bankruptcy on November 5, 2021, in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

He filed a Notice of Bankruptcy Filing on November 17, 2021, informing this Court and the other parties to the above-captioned action of his intention to file for bankruptcy under Chapter 7.

Vaughn’s debts were discharged on February 11, 2022, by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 727.

This action, Vaughn maintained, should be dismissed in its entirety due to his bankruptcy, which he believed had resolved all claims against all parties.

In the beginning, Youngevity argued that Vaughn’s bankruptcy did not expressly touch their complaint.    On May 13th, Youngevity filed a joint petition to dismiss its claims against Vaughn following a response from Vaughn reaffirming his position. The Vaughn family has also given their consent to Youngevity being released from any and all claims.

After the filing was approved by the court on May 16, a hearing was scheduled for May 18th. The case’s docket hasn’t been amended yet, but I expect the most recent settlement will conclude it.

In a lawsuit filed in 2016, Youngevity listed Vaughn as a defendant. Vaughn and other defendants were accused by the MLM firm of virtually destroying the company in order to start Wakaya Perfection (now Mfinity Global).

Due to his involvement in multi-level marketing, Vaughn has a history of declaring bankruptcy due to his involvement in multi-level marketing. He and his wife were sentenced to ten months in jail in 2019 for bankruptcy fraud.

For the same behavior, Vaughn’s wife was sentenced to three years of probation. As a “wealth influencer” and a “multi-millionaire entrepreneur” on social media, Vaughn describes himself as such.

In a few days, I’ll return to the docket for the Youngevity case. Hopefully, the investigation will be over by then.
