My Daily Choice Review- Scam

  • 11

A deal has been made between My Daily Choice, Arieyl, and the company’s “launch team” distributors.

On May 17th, a stipulation of voluntary dismissal was submitted as a result of the settlement.

The court granted the agreement on May 18th, putting an end to the litigation brought by My Daily Choice.

Arieyl, Kristen, and Travis Butler were sued by My Daily Choice last year.

Following their departure from My Daily Choice and founding Arieyl as a joint venture, the Butlers were accused by the MLM of engaging in an illegal and very damaging campaign to raid MDC’s operations and affiliate network.

An individual lawsuit against Arieyl’s launch team, a group of ex-My Daily Choice distributors who defected, was then filed against them.

In addition to each party paying its own legal fees, no further terms of the settlement have been made public.

As a result of the settlements, the court’s order of May 18th also ends the lawsuits against My Daily Choice.

This concludes our investigation into the matter.
