Smart Business Corp Review- Scam

There is no information about the company’s owners or executives available on the Smart Business Corp website. According to additional research, Ernesto Resendiz is the company’s founder and CEO.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Resendiz is currently living in Mexico. A link to Smart Business Corp, which is based in Mexico, can be seen here.

An additional Mexican domain suffix is used by the company as well. In 2015, the domain name “smartbusinesscorp.com.mx” was first registered by Smart Business Corp. The owner is listed as “Ernesto Resendiz Lopez,” but the address in Benito Juarez, Mexico, is blank.

According to the Wayback Machine, “smartfundlimited.com” was the domain name of Smart Business Corp’s website. Since November 2020, this has been the situation.

According to my memory, Smart Business Corp’s current website went online in mid-2021. The following information can be found at the bottom of the Smart Fund Limited website: “This website is operated by SBC.”

SBC is located at 1276 Kumul Hwy, 1st Flr Govant Bldg, Port Vila, Vanuatu, and offers its products and services there.

Vanuatu-based Smart Business Corp, or SBC, has no connection to the island nation. Scammers typically use shell companies to run MLM businesses in scam-friendly jurisdictions. According to Smart Business Corp’s official YouTube channel, the earliest video uploaded was in March of that year.

In this image, SBC’s Mexican headquarters are being inaugurated. That Smart Business Corp has existed under its own name since at least the beginning of 2020 can be deduced from this.

The Smart Fund Limited’s trading opportunity has been a complete failure. Until recently, SBC claimed to be a broker: Since its founding in 1996, SBC has established itself as one of the most reputable and largest brokers in the financial services sector.

Traders from all over the world benefit from our massive trading volume and high liquidity. For a brief moment, I believed Smart Business Corp. to be a rebranding effort by Smart Fund Limited.

It turns out to be a relaunch of Resendiz’s previous, collapsed Ponzi scheme. IBF International asked for $410 in investments with the promise of a $100/month ROI for the foreseeable future. IBF International aimed its sights on Latin America.

Founder Ernesto Reséndiz was detained by Ecuadorian authorities while on a promotional tour in 2014, when it appears to have first collapsed.

Ecuavisa reported in July of this year that Machala is currently investigating a new case of widespread fraud.

A Mexican citizen was detained by police in the city of Ourense for allegedly taking part in an internet advertising scam.

Some 30 complaints have been made by people who paid between $250 and $400 to join the advertising business but who have not received their payments for two months.

An unnamed foreigner, claiming to be the director of IBF International, reportedly explained to a group of people how “the largest and most lucrative capitalization system without debt” functions.

Ernesto L., 42, an alleged company director, was taken into custody last Thursday in Machala, El Oro’s capital city.

The police found him hiding out in an office after several employees complained about his alleged failure to pay.

The Second Court of Criminal Guarantees ordered his preventive detention for fraud on July 4.    Resendiz’s arrest was the only thing I could find on the matter. However, this “debt elimination” Ponzi scheme has been operating in Mexico at least since 2011; as part of the national tour, Smart Business Corp director Ernesto Reséndiz López visited Zacatecas to present this new business concept.

Members of this company, which already has 11,000 members across the country, come together to provide each other with financial support as well as business training.

But he cautioned that implementing the idea of lending money to each other, seeking advice for training, and making money among members is difficult.

After a year of testing and refining, the innovative project’s creator, who was speaking at a conference at Fenaza, says it has crossed borders and is now being used in other countries.

When all of the pieces are in place, we arrive at: After the collapse of Smart Business Corp, Resendiz launches IBF International, a Ponzi scheme that expands beyond Mexico before collapsing in the middle of 2014.

When Resendiz returns to Mexico, he launches Smart Fund Limited, a non-Ponzi trading platform; Smart Fund Limited fails, prompting the relaunch of Smart Business Corp; Smart Business Corp is relaunched alongside Smart Fund Limited, but only moves to its own “smartbusinesscorp.com.mx” domain sometime in 2021; and Mexican authorities appear to be asleep at the wheel on Resendiz’s various Ponzi schemes for over a decade now.

Today, we’ll be looking at the current version of Smart Business Corp.  Continue reading to learn more about the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) opportunity provided by Smart Business Corp.

The MLM side of Smart Business Corp is compensated for bringing in new investors. Ranks of Smart Business Corp Affiliates In Smart Business Corp’s compensation plan, there are eight levels of affiliates.

They are as follows, along with their respective qualifications: Become a member affiliate of Smart Business Corp. Six smart executives who have invested in another plan can generate an additional $60,000 in downline investment volume if they each invest $500.

An investment of $1,000 by the Master Senior generates a total downline investment volume of $120,000, which includes six Smart Executives (one Master Junior).

An investment of $5000 by the Master Trainer generates a total investment volume of $500,000 for the nine Smart Executives (one master senior and one master junior).

If you’re willing to put in $10,000 of your own money, you’ll be able to keep nine of the smart executives you’ve personally recruited and generate a total investment volume of $1,000,000.

Twelve smart executives (one Master Trainer, one Master Senior, and one Master Junior) can be recruited for $20,000, resulting in $2,500,000 of investment volume for the entire network.

One Master Elite, one Master Manager, one Master Trainee, and one Master Senior are all of the twelve Smart Executives I’ve personally recruited, and they generate $5,000,000 in total downline investment volume for me.

Master Platinum – invest $100,000 personally, hire fifteen Smart Executives (two Master Elites, one Master Manager, one Master Trainer, and one Master Senior), and generate a total downline investment volume of $10,000,000.

Additional “Master Test” qualification criteria range from “Basic 1” at Master Junior to “Advanced 3” at Master Platinum, depending on the level of certification. It’s not explained what a Master Test is.

In addition, it should be noted that not all of the required downline investment volume is taken into account. The investment volume counted by Smart Business Corp was reduced as a result of the unilevel team levels.

Using a unilevel compensation structure, an affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate (level 1) placed directly under them.

Affiliates recruited by level 1 members are placed on the second level of their unilevel team. There is theoretically an infinite number of levels to be reached if any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates.

Smart Business Corp measures investment volume across eight unilevel team levels. investment  The unilevel team’s volume from levels 1 and 2 is counted at 100%.

Almost all of the unilevel team’s investment comes from levels 3 and 4. 80 percent of the unilevel team’s investment volume comes from levels 5 and 6.

The unilevel team’s level 7 and 8 investments account for 30% of total investment volume. commissions for hiring new employees.

Affiliates who sign up with Smart Business Corp. earn $200 in commissions. In terms of hiring, there doesn’t appear to be any distinction between the entry-level and the executive ranks.

The compensation plan of Smart Business Corp. includes an additional $450 commission for each of the three new affiliates that are brought on board.

Again, there is no differentiation between basic and premium recruitment.

When a new affiliate joins Smart Business Corp, there is no limit to the amount of commissions they can earn in their first eighteen weeks. Recruitment commissions are capped after this time period.

As far as I can tell, there are no specifics to go on.

Commissions that remain after the initial sale: On additional plan investments, Smart Business Corp pays residual commissions to its members.

There are three recruitment levels for which residual commissions are paid (unilevel team):  a starting point (personally recruited affiliates). levels of two to three gets 3% to 2% of the total  Master’s Bonus  Affiliates in the top ranks of Smart Business Corp receive a monthly bonus called the Master Bonus.

The 5-1 bonus has been added. Each time a Smart Business Corp affiliate successfully recruits five new affiliates to their unilevel team, they will receive a $100 bonus.

For every $300 an affiliate earns in 5-to-1 bonuses, their upline earns another $300.

Ernesto Resendiz’s various Ponzi schemes continue under the name “Smart Business Corp.”

The current iteration of Smart Business Corp marks a shift to cryptocurrency fraud with its solicitation of investment in bitcoin.

That’s all there is to it. That’s all that separates this Ponzi scheme from Resendiz’s previous scams.

The website of Smart Fund Limited has been preserved because it is a part of the Ponzi scheme of Smart Business Corp.

As a result of the affiliate’s investment in bitcoin, it is transferred to Smart Fund Limited, which trades with something else. Not as simple as a Ponzi scheme, but still the usual “trading” nonsense we see behind MLM crypto scams.

In all honesty, there is no proof that trading has taken place at Naturally Smart Business Corp.

The fact is that neither Ernesto Resendiz nor Smart Business Corp are authorized to provide investment services in Mexico or anywhere else in the world.

It is clear that Smart Business Corp is engaging in securities fraud at the very least.

At this point, if Ernesto Reséndiz was able to generate the returns he promised investors, he would be among the wealthiest people on the planet after at least eleven years.

Instead, he’s promoting the latest iteration of his numerous failed Ponzi schemes, this time in the form of cryptocurrency.

According to SimilarWeb traffic analysis, investors in South America are falling for it again.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up, so too will new investment.

As a result, Smart Business Corp. will experience a decline in revenue and eventually go out of business.

It is mathematically impossible for Ponzi schemes to collapse without the majority of participants losing money.

I don’t know why the Mexican government hasn’t taken action against Reséndiz yet.

Regulation in Mexico isn’t the most murky in the world, though. If he’s been scamming people for more than a decade and hasn’t been punished, there’s something fishy going on.

When Smart Business Corp goes under, Reséndiz’s victims will be even worse off because of bitcoin (again).
