No verifiable information regarding Masterworks Investment’s ownership or management is available on the company’s website.

The “team members” section of the Masterworks Investment website does exist. Stock and/or stolen pictures are used to represent names on this page.

Scam FX sites have used the same stock photo to depict Ewan Charlton:

To explain this, the website of MasterWorks Investments is using a scam-proof template:

“Investment Crypto” is the name of the YouTube channel that hosts MasterWorks Investment’s only marketing video.

Because of the numerous advertisements for other scams, it appears to be part of a scam hosting package.

MasterWorks Investment produces a fake SEC certificate in order to appear official.

There is no such thing as an SEC certificate of incorporation. In other words, whoever is in charge of MasterWorks Investment either doesn’t speak fluent English or is preying on very gullible investors.

A stock footage automated voiceover job was used to narrate the marketing video for MasterWorks Investments.

A New York address is included with the fictitious SEC certificate issued to MasterWorks Investment.  MasterWorks, an unconnected art investment company, owns this address.

At least in part, MasterWorks Investment appears to be impersonating MasterWorks, the actual corporation.

A privately registered domain name (“masterworks-investment.ltd”) for the website of MasterWorks Investment was obtained on August 10th, 2021.

Don’t join or send over any money to an MLM firm unless they are completely transparent about who owns and runs it.

MasterWorks’ Investment Services    There are no products or services offered by MasterWorks Investment that can be sold.

It is only possible for MasterWorks Investment affiliates to promote the MasterWorks Investment membership itself.

Affiliates of MasterWorks Investment invest money with the hope of earning the returns promised by the company.

Earn 1.5% every day on investments of $100 to $19,999.

Investing between $20,000 and $39,999 yields a daily return of 2% on the principal invested.

Invest in gold for $40,000 to $59,999 and earn a daily return of 2.5 percent.

If you pay $60,000 or more, you will receive 3.5% daily interest.

As far as I can tell, MasterWorks Investment doesn’t limit the returns it gives out.

According to MasterWorks Investment’s website, bitcoin investments are being solicited. There are no specifics given in this article.

MasterWorks Investment’s MLM division pays commissions on the money invested by new affiliates they’ve recruited.

commissions for referring new customers.

It provides a 10% commission for funds invested by MasterWorks Investment affiliates who have been personally recruited.

Recurring Payments

MasterWorks Investment offers a monthly bonus for residual commissions.

The following three tiers of qualification are required in order to receive this bonus: At least $50,000 in total downline investment volume must be generated by the Regional Representative in order to receive $1,500 per month.

Make an investment volume of $100,000 and earn $2,500 each month by recruiting at least ten affiliates (bonus Rolex watch upon qualifying).

Invest In order to qualify for the $5000 incentive, you must earn $30,000 by recruiting at least twenty affiliates, bringing in $200,000 in total downline investment volume, and earning a “trip to the company headquarters and 24 hours of free shopping.”

A Locality  It’s not a mistake on my part that the representative needs fifty recruits. In MasterWorks Investment’s marketing materials, there was a typo, and there should be five affiliates listed instead of four.

It appears that becoming a MasterWorks Investment affiliate is free of charge.

A minimum investment of $100 is required to participate in the attached income opportunity.

A minimum of $30,000 is required to get the most out of the compensation plan.

With the help of a series of copied and pasted paragraphs, MasterWorks Investment claims to create external revenue.

It’s not worth the time or effort to get involved. MasterWorks Investments’ website has a ton of copied content that might have come from anywhere.

A Ponzi scheme is all that the crooks behind the scheme are doing.

The best approach to confirming this is to look for MasterWorks Investment in the SEC’s Edgar database using the provided false SEC incorporation certificate.

Because of course it doesn’t, nothing pops up.

There will be no new investment in MLM Ponzi schemes when affiliate recruiting dries up.

MasterWorks Investment will eventually fail as a result of a lack of ROI revenue.  It is mathematically impossible for Ponzi schemes to fail without the majority of participants losing money.
